Who we are

The controller of the data handled through this website is RESIDENCIAL PARINTINS SPE LTDA, a Brazilian limited liability company registered under CNPJ No. 47.739.619/0001-86, whose main activity is real estate development (activity code 41.10-7-00), with its registered office at Av. What the site records

The site has no sign-up, no restricted area and no visitor database. Two kinds of information may exist:

• Technical server logs. When any page is opened, the hosting provider may note the IP address, the date and time of the visit, the browser and the page requested, as happens on any website.
• Messages sent by the visitor. The contact form opens the visitor's own e-mail program with a message addressed to contato@residencialspe.com. Whatever is written (name, e-mail address, subject and text) reaches the company as an ordinary e-mail and is not stored by the site.

What the data is used for

Technical logs serve the operation and security of the site. Messages received by e-mail serve to answer what was asked: interest in units, supply proposals, land, press enquiries or requests concerning personal data. No data is used for targeted advertising or sold to third parties.

Who it is shared with

Technical logs stay with the hosting provider that serves the pages. Messages stay with the company and, when needed to reply, may be forwarded to those who provide services to it (legal or accounting advisers, for instance), always limited to the matter at hand. Data may also be handed to authorities where there is a legal obligation or a court order.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics tools, pixels or third-party trackers. The typefaces are loaded from an external service (Google Fonts); during that loading the visitor's IP address is transmitted to that service, under its own privacy policy.

How long it is kept

Technical server logs are kept for the hosting provider's standard period. E-mails received are kept for as long as the matter is being handled and, afterwards, for the period needed to meet legal obligations or to defend the company's rights. After that period they are deleted.

Rights of the data subject

Law No. 13.709/2018 grants the data subject, among other rights, the right to confirm that processing exists, to access their data, to correct incomplete or outdated data, to request the anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data, to obtain information about sharing, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on it.

Requests should be sent to the e-mail address given in section 11 and are answered within 15 business days. If the data subject believes a request was not met, they may turn to the Brazilian National Data Protection Authority (ANPD) at gov.br/anpd.

Security

Pages are served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Since the site stores no visitor data, the protection of messages rests on the company's mailbox, access to which is limited to the people responsible for replying.

Links to other websites

If any page points to addresses outside residencialspe.com, the privacy practices of those addresses are the responsibility of whoever maintains them. Reading the policy of each website visited is recommended.

Changes to this policy

This text may be revised when the way the site works changes or when the law requires it. The valid version is always the one published at this address at the time of reading.
